Privacy Policy & KVKK Notice
Pax Office is a small office-rental business in Adana, Türkiye. We do not operate a CRM or customer database. This page explains, briefly and plainly, what is processed when you use our website and where it ends up.
1. Data Controller

2. What Is Processed, and Where It Goes
- Contact form messages (name, email, phone, subject, message) — delivered as email to Pax Office's Gmail inbox. Not stored on our website or our own servers; only sit in the receiving Gmail account.
- Server access logs (IP, User-Agent, visit time) — kept in Nginx logs for about 52 days (daily rotation), then deleted automatically. Used only for technical security and debugging.
- Google Analytics cookies — anonymous visitor counting. Loaded only after you click "Accept" in the cookie banner; not loaded if you decline.
- Session cookie — only for CSRF protection on form submit, deleted when the browser is closed. Strictly necessary, cannot be disabled.
3. Purpose & Legal Basis
- Form messages are used only to reply to you (KVKK Art. 5/2-c: necessary for the conclusion of a contract).
- Server logs are kept for technical security (KVKK Art. 5/2-f: legitimate interest).
- GA cookies rely on your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1).
4. Third Parties
- Google: Gmail (storing form emails) and Google Analytics (anonymous traffic). Data may be processed on Google's US infrastructure.
- Cloudflare: CDN/security layer in front of the site; IP and User-Agent are processed transiently.
5. Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)
As a data subject you have the right to know whether your data is being processed, request related information, request correction/erasure, and claim compensation for damages due to unlawful processing. Send your request to [email protected]; we respond within 30 days at the latest.

This notice may be updated as needed; changes take effect when published on this page.
